These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and HazPrime Logistics LLC (“HazPrime,” “we,” “us”) covering your use of hazprimelogistics.com, our quote and driver application forms, and our email and text message communications (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms do not govern the transportation of freight. Each shipment is governed by the applicable rate confirmation, bill of lading, and carrier agreement, together with federal and provincial transportation law (including DOT, PHMSA, and TDG regulations). If those documents conflict with these Terms, they control for that shipment.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Quotes, Applications, and Information You Submit
Quotes provided through the Services are estimates until confirmed in writing by our dispatch team. You agree that information you submit — including commodity, hazmat class, weights, and contact details — is accurate and complete. Misdeclared or undeclared hazardous materials may be refused and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Submitting a driver application does not create an offer of employment or contract. Driver qualification is subject to FMCSA requirements, background checks, and our hiring process.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services by automated means
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through our forms
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
These terms apply to the HazPrime Logistics text messaging program (the “Program”).
Program description
Customers and drivers opt in on our contact page by entering their mobile number and checking an optional, unchecked box. By doing so, you agree to receive recurring text messages from HazPrime Logistics about pickups, deliveries, and support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details in Section 11.

Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and may depend on your device, coverage, and carrier.
Your number
You represent that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or deactivate that number, notify us or reply STOP so that we do not text the next owner of the number.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See the Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy section of our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the site’s text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by HazPrime Logistics LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute site content without our written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
The Services may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and following a link is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Services and their content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Regulatory and compliance information on the site is general in nature and is not legal advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HazPrime Logistics LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services (excluding freight claims, which are governed by the shipment documents) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Thurston County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, as shown by a new “Last revised” date. Changes take effect once posted. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
